Old  Mac OS X apache 2 (block outside traffic. Possible?)

I really don't want anyone accessing my dev environment from the outside. Running Mac OS X 1.5.x apache2 and simply want to block all outside traffic. Possible?

Read tons for the past hours can't really get any good info (I think i'm a pretty good googler )

Help!
