Both Net beans and Eclipse are good IDE's, its really up to your preferences as to what IDE you use. Eclipse however does offer a java visual editor like net beans, its called Visual Editor Project. Here is a link to check it out: http://www.eclipse.org/vep/ . I believe it uses java beans if I am not mistaken.
