Design #1 looks suspiciously like this free template: http://demo.templateworld.com/zero/i...rial_services/ (the banner bit)

#3 contains stolen *elements* from a shop called "Blue Nile", which can be seen in the footer text, where you've left it as "Recieve special offers.. from Blue Nile" -- this just so happens to be a very similar design.

And I'm sure if I actually put some effort in, I could find the originals of every bit of this template you've stolen.
