According to Wikipedia I am a freelance designer and the Creative Director of 77pixels Design Studio, so I'm sure that Bryan is the same also.
Anyway what the hell does it matter? Do we have different tax codes and benifits? Are you from the government?

Freelance designer is mainly self-employed or work with online/offline clients. If you have an office (not home business), possible to be a Creative director. I know many local freelancers can't call themselves as Creative director because they do not have office and in-house employees.
