Kudos to both of them though, it nice to see some good progress.
I do have a question - have of these been paid for? If so, couldn't you pick a default skin but also get the other one coded up for people who might want to use it? Just an idea - the skins seem to be pretty similar in structure so it might not be a huge amount of work.

Just a reminder to all those whose posts were edited:
Campaigning talk (ex: "Vote for X - he is a good guy!" or "I voted for X" or "I prefer "name's" design", "Name's design is better") is NOT ALLOWED. They will be deleted and infractions might be issued.
Also, this is not a review thread (not yet), but a voting one.

I'm not sure I'm understanding what's going on. Are you trying to replace the design I see right now?
If yes, I love that design & don't like either of the 2 options.
I know you wanted me to vote, but the "I don't like either" vote wasn't available.
That's the problem with polls LOL, you have to think of all the options the poll taker may want to go with.
Glad to see someone is taking over this forum. I remember this forum & used to like it. I didn't realize it was gone as I haven't been on it in ages.
Take care
Michelle

I wouldn't concede defeat* just yet
* It wouldn't really be defeat seeing as you had a hand in both designs - I just couldn't think of a better word.

I am looking for a lot more votes than that, so things might change with the big picture. Its been less than one day so far.
I wouldn't feel bad because it is not a popularity contest. There are no winners or losers, especially that Dan is behind the concept itself. It takes a team effort to get the best product out. Google wouldn't be where it is today without 1000s of their engineers working together. The point of this poll has been to give the community a choice on same concept in different interpretations.

Well either way I think the Skin could make a huge difference. They both look amazing.
