Hi Gonzalo,
Glad the .eps file was helpful! I had no clue what that file was.
I really like what you've done...the only thing is that I need the text to be inside the chip and I guess that's where this gets tricky being that it's a small space.
Other than that, I like all of it. I'm not sure how to handle fitting the text in. Maybe a change in the hash marks (the yellow marks on the outer most part of the chip?) to make room? Chips have all sorts of different hash markings to them, sometimes a pair on each side, like east and west for example, and many other patterns. Just a thought, you might have something else in mind.
I do really like it though. I could see it being turned into a real chip which is something that might be done with this logo.

Are you referring to creating it more realistic / 3d in depth and lighting?

Yep, literally turning it into a custom poker chip by having the image printed on blank chips.
