Exclusivity contract?

Hello. I am a new local producer who owns a recording studio, a local record label contacted me and we started talking and working together on some albums and talk came up with only working with them if they only work through me.
Is there any way i can get a contract written up or where i can find a sample clause to use to have them sign having them agree and be contracted to only work through me so neither of us get screwed from just a verbal contract.

i have been burned (bad) several times in the past and i am trying to prevent this from happening again.
