Looking for a Few Good Designers :)

Hi,

I run a branding, web and print design company and I am looking for a couple of freelancers who I can sub design work out to on an ongoing basis. Specifically, I am looking for the following:

1. Web Designer (PSD)
I'm looking for someone who is highly skilled in Photoshop and current web design trends / user interface design. The PSD files would need to be well organized and ready for slicing and coding.

2. Print Designer
I have a variety of print design work, from packaging and labels, to rack cards, brochures, business cards, sales sheets and point-of-sale displays. In some cases you would be working with existing branding of other materials that will need to coordinate but you would typically have creative freedom, even then, to improve upon what has been done in the past.

For either person, branding / logo design experience is a plus.

Also, attention to detail, good communication and reasonable turnaround are very important.
